The course consists of 3 weekend modules, with two days dedicated to practical work at the table. It adopts a practical approach to therapy, teaching the protocol of conduct and fostering open therapeutic thinking. The curriculum integrates knowledge from physiotherapy, psychosomatic, yoga, and psychology.

Reading body posture and movement quality in relation to physical and psychosomatic dysfunctions.

The course contains 7 modules:

Module 1 (online):

Anatomy and Pathology / Theory, online classes on the Think Tree platform

Module 2 (online):

Business / Theory, online classes on the Think Tree platform

Module 3 (online):

Health and safety / Theory, online classes on the Think Tree platform online

Module 4:

Basic Anatomy, Function, and Physiology of Fascia Release / Practical Classes

  • Focus on basic anatomy, functions, and physiology of fascia release.
  • In-person sessions during on-site modules and online sessions between them for flexible learning.
  • Acquire knowledge about the essence of fascia, understanding its functions, and its significance for human body health.
  • Gain a new perspective on human movement through the knowledge obtained in this module.

Module 5:

Practical classes on releasing the superficial anterior and posterior fascia chains.

  • Develop practical skills in releasing the anterior and posterior fascia chains.
  • Acquire knowledge on unlocking the anterior and posterior fascia chains.
  • Learn how to interpret body posture and identify associated mental/emotional patterns.
  • Gain the ability to communicate effectively with clients and present therapy results.

 

Module 6:

Practical sessions in releasing the lateral and spiral fascia chains

  • Practical skills in unlocking lateral and spiral fascia chains
  • Interpretation of body posture patterns
  • Recognition of mental/emotional patterns associated with these structures
  • Ability to track therapy progress and present results clearly to the client

Module 7:

Practical release of the deep front fascia chain achieving balance in the fascial system of the entire human body.

  • Practical skills in unlocking the deep front fascia chain and establishing balance in the fascial system, maintaining equilibrium in the body.
