During this course you learn how to gain full relaxation of your body and achieve meditation state in no time. Meditation is a great tool for stress reduction and may result in enhanced physical and emotional well-being.
What the course includes?
Online Course and 1:1 Session.
The first session lasts 1 hour.
Each follow up is 45 minutes.
It is a guided meditation that teaches relaxation of the whole body.
